• What if your cruise ship cancels Akaroa after you have booked one of our tours?

    Unfortunately this has happened a number of times this year due to weather and cruise ship itinerary changes (and even a breakdown)....our policy is to charge 10% of the amount received and return the remainder to the passenger (this covers our booking/refund  costs and the fact we often have had to drive 1.5 hours to Akaroa from where we are based in Christchurch and back on the day of cancellation). We think this is fair and note other businesses offering similar tours charge a 50% cancellation fee in this case.
